Old School

It's been a challenge to apply nursing skills in Piura due to the lack of resources and technology. It took some getting used to, for example, to work with IV pumps that don't find the drop factor for you and opening glass ampules. Just when I thought I was asked to do something close to home-an EKG-this lack of technology thing stumped me once again! Below you will see and old school EKG. The coolest part: no sticky patches for the leads, instead they are bulbs that suction on the body.
